If you cancel 24hours before your arrival you will be charged for the first night's accommodation. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your arrival you will not be charged.

• Please note there is no refund for early check out. 
• Please ensure that you have an appropriate level of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event that you are unable to visit us for whatever reason or if you should require any medical attention during the course of your holiday..
• Please make sure that your transportation arrangements in Thailand will allow you to arrive at Koh Tao on the day of your booking.
